1. บทนำและการยอมรับเงื่อนไข
เว็บไซต์ www.kggoclub.com ("เว็บไซต์") ดำเนินการโดย บริษัท ตุ๊กตุ๊กวัน จำกัด เลขทะเบียนนิติบุคคล/เลขประจำตัวผู้เสียภาษี 0105566154777 สำนักงานตั้งอยู่เลขที่ 20 ถนนประดิษฐ์มนูธรรม แขวงพลับพลา เขตวังทองหลาง กรุงเทพมหานคร 10310 ("บริษัทฯ" หรือ "เรา") ผู้จัดจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ภายใต้แบรนด์ KG go และ ShyOlive (Nitely)
การเข้าใช้งาน เรียกดู สมัครสมาชิก หรือสั่งซื้อสินค้าผ่านเว็บไซต์ ถือว่าท่านได้อ่าน เข้าใจ และตกลงผูกพันตามข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้ รวมถึงนโยบายการคืนสินค้า นโยบายการจัดส่ง และนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว ซึ่งถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของข้อกำหนดนี้ หากท่านไม่ยอมรับ โปรดหยุดใช้งานเว็บไซต์
2. คุณสมบัติของผู้ใช้บริการ
- ท่านต้องมีอายุ 20 ปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไป หรือหากอายุน้อยกว่านั้น ต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครองตามกฎหมาย
- ท่านรับรองว่าข้อมูลที่ให้ไว้ในการสั่งซื้อและสมัครสมาชิกเป็นความจริง ถูกต้อง และเป็นปัจจุบัน
- ท่านมีหน้าที่รักษาความลับของรหัสผ่านบัญชีของท่าน และรับผิดชอบต่อกิจกรรมที่เกิดขึ้นภายใต้บัญชีนั้น เว้นแต่ความเสียหายเกิดจากความผิดของบริษัทฯ หรือเกิดขึ้นหลังจากที่ท่านได้แจ้งบริษัทฯ ถึงการใช้งานบัญชีโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตแล้ว
- บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการระงับหรือยกเลิกบัญชีที่มีการใช้งานผิดวัตถุประสงค์ ให้ข้อมูลเท็จ หรือละเมิดข้อกำหนดนี้
3. สินค้า ราคา และการชำระเงิน
3.1 ข้อมูลสินค้า
บริษัทฯ พยายามอย่างยิ่งในการแสดงรายละเอียด ส่วนประกอบ ปริมาณ และภาพถ่ายสินค้าให้ถูกต้องที่สุด อย่างไรก็ตาม สีของสินค้าที่ปรากฏบนหน้าจออาจแตกต่างจากสินค้าจริงเล็กน้อยตามการตั้งค่าอุปกรณ์ของท่าน และบรรจุภัณฑ์อาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงตามรุ่นการผลิต
3.2 ราคา

- บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงราคา ปรับโปรโมชั่น หรือหยุดจำหน่ายสินค้าใด ๆ ได้โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า ทั้งนี้ไม่กระทบต่อคำสั่งซื้อที่ได้รับการยืนยันแล้ว
- หากเกิดความผิดพลาดในการแสดงราคาอย่างชัดเจน (เช่น ราคาผิดปกติจากความคลาดเคลื่อนของระบบ) บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อและคืนเงินเต็มจำนวน แม้ว่าคำสั่งซื้อจะได้รับการยืนยันแล้วก็ตาม
3.3 การชำระเงิน
- ช่องทางที่รองรับ: บัตรเครดิต/เดบิต และ พร้อมเพย์ (PromptPay QR) บริษัทฯ ไม่มีบริการเก็บเงินปลายทาง (COD)
- การชำระเงินดำเนินการผ่านผู้ให้บริการรับชำระเงินที่ได้มาตรฐาน บริษัทฯ ไม่จัดเก็บข้อมูลบัตรเครดิตหรือเดบิตของท่านไว้ในระบบของบริษัทฯ
- คำสั่งซื้อจะสมบูรณ์ก็ต่อเมื่อบริษัทฯ ได้รับชำระเงินครบถ้วน และส่งอีเมลยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อให้ท่านแล้ว
- บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ปฏิเสธหรือยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อใด ๆ ในกรณีสินค้าหมด สงสัยว่าเป็นการทุจริต หรือมีการสั่งซื้อในปริมาณผิดปกติเพื่อการค้าต่อ
3.4 ใบกำกับภาษี
บริษัทฯ เป็นผู้ประกอบการจดทะเบียนภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม และออกใบกำกับภาษีให้ทุกคำสั่งซื้อตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด ลูกค้าที่ต้องการ ใบกำกับภาษีแบบเต็มรูป โปรดแจ้งชื่อ ที่อยู่ และเลขประจำตัวผู้เสียภาษี ในขั้นตอนการสั่งซื้อ หากแจ้งภายหลังพ้น 7 วัน นับจากวันที่สั่งซื้อ บริษัทฯ อาจไม่สามารถแก้ไขรายละเอียดผู้ซื้อในใบกำกับภาษีที่ออกไปแล้วได้
4. โปรโมชั่น ส่วนลด และคูปอง
- โค้ดส่วนลด คูปอง และของแถม ใช้ได้ตามเงื่อนไข ระยะเวลา และจำนวนที่ระบุในแต่ละแคมเปญ
- โดยทั่วไป ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่นอื่นได้ เว้นแต่ระบุไว้ชัดเจน
- ส่วนลดและคูปองไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด โอนสิทธิ์ หรือทอนเป็นเงินได้
- บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ยกเลิกสิทธิ์ส่วนลดและคำสั่งซื้อ หากตรวจพบการใช้โค้ดโดยทุจริต การสร้างบัญชีซ้ำ หรือการใช้สิทธิ์ผิดเงื่อนไข
- ในกรณีมีข้อพิพาท บริษัทฯ จะพิจารณาโดยสุจริตและแจ้งเหตุผลให้ท่านทราบเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร ทั้งนี้ไม่ตัดสิทธิ์ท่านในการโต้แย้ง ร้องเรียนต่อหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง หรือดำเนินคดีตามกฎหมาย
5. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิดและคำเตือนด้านสุขภาพ (สำคัญ)
ผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัทฯ ประกอบด้วย อาหารและผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหาร (มีเลขสารบบอาหารจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา) และ ผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อการนอนหลับสำหรับใช้ภายนอก โดยมีคำเตือนดังนี้
- ผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหารไม่ใช่ยา ไม่มีผลในการป้องกันหรือรักษาโรค ควรกินอาหารหลากหลายครบ 5 หมู่ ในสัดส่วนที่เหมาะสมเป็นประจำ
- ผลลัพธ์อาจแตกต่างกันไปในแต่ละบุคคล ขึ้นอยู่กับสภาพร่างกาย พฤติกรรมการกิน การออกกำลังกาย และปัจจัยอื่น ๆ
- ข้อมูล บทความ และรีวิวบนเว็บไซต์มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ความรู้ทั่วไปเท่านั้น ไม่ใช่คำแนะนำทางการแพทย์ และไม่ใช้ทดแทนคำวินิจฉัยของแพทย์หรือเภสัชกร
- สตรีมีครรภ์ สตรีให้นมบุตร เด็ก ผู้ที่มีโรคประจำตัว ผู้ที่กำลังใช้ยาประจำ หรือผู้ที่เตรียมเข้ารับการผ่าตัด ควรปรึกษาแพทย์ก่อนบริโภค
- โปรดอ่าน ฉลาก ส่วนประกอบ คำเตือน และข้อมูลสารก่อภูมิแพ้ บนบรรจุภัณฑ์ก่อนบริโภคทุกครั้ง หากมีอาการแพ้ ให้หยุดใช้และปรึกษาแพทย์ทันที
- อย่าบริโภคเกินปริมาณที่แนะนำบนฉลาก
- ผลิตภัณฑ์กลุ่มอุปกรณ์การนอน เช่น เทปปิดปาก (Mouth Tape) ไม่เหมาะกับผู้ที่มีปัญหาการหายใจทางจมูก ผู้ที่มีภาวะหยุดหายใจขณะหลับ ผู้ที่ดื่มแอลกอฮอล์หรือใช้ยาที่ทำให้ง่วง เด็ก และผู้ที่ไม่สามารถถอดเทปออกได้เอง โปรดอ่านคำเตือนบนบรรจุภัณฑ์และปรึกษาแพทย์หากไม่แน่ใจ
- ผลิตภัณฑ์ สเปรย์ฉีดหมอน เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์สำหรับใช้ภายนอกกับเครื่องนอนเท่านั้น ห้ามรับประทาน ห้ามฉีดเข้าตาหรือผิวหนังโดยตรง เก็บให้พ้นมือเด็ก

ผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อการนอนหลับสำหรับใช้ภายนอก (Pillow Spray, Mouth Tape, Steam Eye Mask) ไม่จัดอยู่ในประเภทอาหาร จึงไม่มีเลขสารบบอาหาร โปรดอ่านวิธีใช้และคำเตือนบนบรรจุภัณฑ์ก่อนใช้ทุกครั้ง
6. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
- เนื้อหาทั้งหมดบนเว็บไซต์ รวมถึงเครื่องหมายการค้า KG go, ShyOlive, Nitely ตัวการ์ตูน ShyShy และ ShyGuy โลโก้ ภาพถ่าย ภาพประกอบ วิดีโอ ข้อความ สูตรผลิตภัณฑ์ การออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์ และซอฟต์แวร์ เป็นทรัพย์สินของบริษัทฯ หรือผู้ให้อนุญาต และได้รับความคุ้มครองตามกฎหมายลิขสิทธิ์และเครื่องหมายการค้า
- ห้ามทำซ้ำ ดัดแปลง เผยแพร่ จำหน่าย หรือนำไปใช้เพื่อการค้า ไม่ว่าทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วน โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจากบริษัทฯ
- การใช้ชื่อแบรนด์หรือภาพผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อการรีวิวส่วนบุคคลโดยสุจริตและไม่ทำให้เข้าใจผิดว่ามีความเกี่ยวข้องกับบริษัทฯ สามารถทำได้
7. เนื้อหาที่ผู้ใช้สร้างขึ้น (รีวิว ภาพ วิดีโอ)
- เมื่อท่าน ส่งรีวิว ความคิดเห็น ภาพถ่าย หรือวิดีโอมายังบริษัทฯ โดยตรง หรือเผยแพร่พร้อมแฮชแท็กแคมเปญของบริษัทฯ ถือว่าท่านอนุญาตให้บริษัทฯ ใช้ ทำซ้ำ ดัดแปลง และเผยแพร่เนื้อหานั้นเพื่อการตลาดและประชาสัมพันธ์ โดยไม่มีค่าตอบแทน เป็นการอนุญาตแบบ ไม่จำกัดแต่เพียงผู้เดียว และท่านสามารถเพิกถอนได้
- ท่านรับรองว่าเนื้อหาดังกล่าวเป็นของท่าน ไม่ละเมิดสิทธิ์ของบุคคลอื่น และเป็นความคิดเห็นจากประสบการณ์จริง หากเนื้อหามีภาพของบุคคลอื่น ท่านรับรองว่าได้รับความยินยอมจากบุคคลนั้นแล้ว
- หากท่านต้องการให้บริษัทฯ หยุดใช้เนื้อหาของท่าน โปรดแจ้งมาที่ team@tuktukone.com บริษัทฯ จะหยุดใช้ในสื่อใหม่ภายใน 14 วัน ทั้งนี้ สื่อที่พิมพ์ไปแล้วหรือโฆษณาที่ซื้อพื้นที่ไว้ล่วงหน้าอาจต้องใช้เวลานานกว่านั้นในการถอน
- บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ลบเนื้อหาที่ผิดกฎหมาย หยาบคาย เป็นเท็จ เป็นการโฆษณาแอบแฝง หรือกล่าวอ้างสรรพคุณเกินจริงในทางการแพทย์
8. ตัวแทนจำหน่ายและการจำหน่ายต่อ
- สินค้าที่จำหน่ายบนเว็บไซต์นี้มีไว้เพื่อ การบริโภคส่วนบุคคล เท่านั้น
- ห้ามนำสินค้าไปจำหน่ายต่อในเชิงพาณิชย์ ทั้งในร้านค้าออนไลน์ แพลตฟอร์มมาร์เก็ตเพลส หรือส่งออกต่างประเทศ โดยไม่ได้รับการแต่งตั้งเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจากบริษัทฯ
- บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการจำกัดจำนวนการสั่งซื้อต่อคำสั่งซื้อหรือต่อบัญชี และปฏิเสธคำสั่งซื้อที่มีลักษณะเพื่อการค้าต่อ
- ผู้สนใจเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่าย โปรดติดต่อ team@tuktukone.com
9. การจำกัดความรับผิด
- บริษัทฯ ให้บริการเว็บไซต์ "ตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่" และไม่รับประกันว่าเว็บไซต์จะปราศจากข้อผิดพลาด การหยุดชะงัก หรือไวรัส
- ภายในขอบเขตสูงสุดที่กฎหมายอนุญาต บริษัทฯ ไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม ความเสียหายสืบเนื่อง การสูญเสียโอกาสทางธุรกิจ หรือการสูญเสียข้อมูล อันเกิดจากการใช้งานเว็บไซต์
- ความรับผิดรวมของบริษัทฯ ต่อคำสั่งซื้อใด ๆ ไม่เกินมูลค่าที่ท่านชำระจริงสำหรับคำสั่งซื้อนั้น
- ข้อจำกัดข้างต้นไม่ใช้บังคับกับความรับผิดที่เกิดจากการกระทำโดยจงใจหรือประมาทเลินเล่ออย่างร้ายแรงของบริษัทฯ การเสียชีวิตหรือบาดเจ็บต่อร่างกาย หรือความรับผิดที่ไม่อาจยกเว้นได้ตามกฎหมายไทย รวมถึงพระราชบัญญัติความรับผิดต่อความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นจากสินค้าที่ไม่ปลอดภัย พ.ศ. 2551
10. เหตุสุดวิสัย
บริษัทฯ ไม่ต้องรับผิดต่อความล่าช้าหรือการไม่สามารถปฏิบัติตามข้อผูกพันได้ อันเนื่องมาจากเหตุนอกเหนือการควบคุมอย่างสมเหตุสมผล เช่น ภัยธรรมชาติ อุทกภัย โรคระบาด การประกาศของภาครัฐ การหยุดชะงักของระบบขนส่งหรือระบบชำระเงิน หรือเหตุจลาจล
11. ลิงก์ไปยังเว็บไซต์ภายนอก
เว็บไซต์อาจมีลิงก์ไปยังเว็บไซต์ของบุคคลภายนอก บริษัทฯ ไม่มีอำนาจควบคุมและไม่รับผิดชอบต่อเนื้อหา นโยบาย หรือการดำเนินการของเว็บไซต์เหล่านั้น
12. การแก้ไขข้อกำหนด
บริษัทฯ อาจแก้ไขข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้ได้ตลอดเวลา โดยจะเผยแพร่ฉบับปรับปรุงบนเว็บไซต์พร้อมระบุวันที่อัปเดต การใช้งานเว็บไซต์ต่อไปหลังการเผยแพร่ถือเป็นการยอมรับข้อกำหนดฉบับใหม่ ทั้งนี้ ข้อกำหนดที่ใช้บังคับกับคำสั่งซื้อของท่านคือฉบับที่มีผล ณ วันที่ท่านสั่งซื้อ
13. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับและการระงับข้อพิพาท
- ข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้อยู่ภายใต้บังคับและตีความตาม กฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย
- หากเกิดข้อพิพาท คู่สัญญาตกลงจะเจรจาโดยสุจริตก่อนเป็นลำดับแรก
- หากไม่สามารถตกลงกันได้ ให้ยื่นต่อ ศาลที่มีเขตอำนาจในราชอาณาจักรไทย ทั้งนี้ไม่ตัดสิทธิ์ผู้บริโภคในการฟ้องคดีต่อศาลที่มีเขตอำนาจตามกฎหมายวิธีพิจารณาคดีผู้บริโภค
- ท่านสามารถร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค (สคบ.) สายด่วน 1166 ได้
- ข้อกำหนดฉบับนี้จัดทำขึ้นทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ ในกรณีที่ข้อความขัดแย้งกัน ให้ถือฉบับภาษาไทยเป็นหลัก

1. Introduction and acceptance
www.kggoclub.com (the "Site") is operated by TukTuk One Co., Ltd., company registration / tax ID 0105566154777, registered office 20 Pradit Manutham Road, Plubpla, Wangthonglang, Bangkok 10310 ("the Company", "we" or "us"), distributor of the KG go and ShyOlive (Nitely) brands.
By accessing, browsing, registering on or purchasing from the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Return Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these Terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the Site.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 20 years of age or older, or have the consent of a legal guardian.
- You warrant that the information you provide when ordering or registering is true, accurate and current.
- You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity under your account, except where loss is caused by our fault, or occurs after you have notified us of unauthorised use.
- We may suspend or close accounts used improperly, opened with false information, or in breach of these Terms.
3. Products, pricing and payment
3.1 Product information
We take care to describe ingredients, quantities and product images accurately. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the physical product depending on your device, and packaging may vary between production runs.
3.2 Pricing
- All prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Prices exclude shipping, which is calculated and shown at checkout.
- We may change prices, promotions or discontinue products at any time without notice. This does not affect orders already confirmed.
- Where a price is displayed in obvious error (for example, an abnormal price caused by a system fault), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund in full, even after order confirmation.
3.3 Payment
- Accepted methods: credit/debit card and PromptPay (QR). We do not offer cash on delivery.
- Payments are processed by certified payment providers. We do not store your card details on our systems.
- An order is only concluded once we have received payment in full and sent you an order confirmation email.
- We may refuse or cancel any order where stock is unavailable, where fraud is suspected, or where quantities suggest purchase for resale.
3.4 Tax invoices
We are VAT-registered and issue tax invoices for every order as required by law. If you require a full-form tax invoice, please provide your name, address and tax ID at checkout. If you request this more than 7 days after the order date, we may be unable to amend the purchaser details on an invoice already issued.
4. Promotions, discounts and coupons
- Discount codes, coupons and free gifts are subject to the conditions, period and quantities stated in each campaign.
- They generally cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.
- Discounts and coupons have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
- We may void discounts and cancel orders where codes are used fraudulently, where duplicate accounts are created, or where conditions are breached.
- In the event of a dispute we will decide in good faith and give you our reasons in writing. This does not affect your right to challenge our decision, complain to the relevant authorities, or take legal action.
5. Limitation of liability and health warnings (important)
Our range comprises food and dietary supplements (registered with the Thai FDA) and external sleep products. Please note:
- Dietary supplements are not medicines and have no effect in preventing or treating any disease. Eat a varied diet across the five food groups in appropriate proportions.
- Results vary between individuals, depending on physical condition, diet, exercise and other factors.
- Information, articles and reviews on the Site are for general information only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for consultation with a doctor or pharmacist.
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women, children, people with underlying medical conditions, people taking regular medication, and people preparing for surgery should consult a doctor before use.
- Always read the label, ingredients, warnings and allergen information on the packaging before use. Stop use and seek medical advice if any adverse reaction occurs.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily intake stated on the label.
- Sleep accessories such as mouth tape are not suitable for people who cannot breathe freely through the nose, people with sleep apnoea, people who have consumed alcohol or sedating medication, children, or anyone unable to remove the tape unaided. Read the packaging warnings and consult a doctor if in doubt.
- Pillow spray is for external use on bedding only. Do not ingest; do not spray into eyes or directly onto skin. Keep out of reach of children.

External sleep products (Pillow Spray, Mouth Tape, Steam Eye Mask) are not food and therefore carry no food registration number. Always read the instructions and warnings on the packaging before use.
6. Intellectual property
- All content on the Site, including the KG go, ShyOlive and Nitely trade marks, the ShyShy and ShyGuy characters, logos, photographs, illustrations, video, text, packaging design and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trade mark law.

- Fair, honest personal reviews using our brand name or product images, which do not imply affiliation with us, are permitted.
7. User-generated content (reviews, photos, video)
- When you submit a review, comment, photograph or video to us directly, or publish it with our campaign hashtag, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable licence to use, reproduce, adapt and publish that content for marketing and communications purposes.
- You confirm the content is your own, does not infringe anyone else's rights, and reflects your genuine experience. If it shows another identifiable person, you confirm you have their consent.
- To ask us to stop using your content, email team@tuktukone.com. We will stop using it in new material within 14 days. Material already printed, or advertising space already booked, may take longer to withdraw.
- We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, false, undisclosed paid promotion, or that makes exaggerated medical claims.
8. Resale and distribution
- Products sold on this Site are for personal consumption only.
- Commercial resale — through online stores, marketplaces, or export — is prohibited without our written appointment as an authorised distributor.
- We reserve the right to limit order quantities per order or per account, and to refuse orders that appear to be for resale.

9. Limitation of liability
- The Site is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of business opportunity, or loss of data arising from use of the Site.
- Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that order.
- These limitations do not apply to liability arising from our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Thai law, including the Product Liability Act B.E. 2551 (2008).
10. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disaster, flood, epidemic, government order, disruption to logistics or payment systems, or civil unrest.
11. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on the Site with a revised date. Continued use of the Site after publication constitutes acceptance. The Terms applying to your order are those in effect on the date you placed it.
13. Governing law and disputes
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
- The parties will first seek to resolve any dispute in good faith through negotiation.
- Failing that, disputes will be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Thailand. Nothing here limits a consumer's right to bring proceedings under the Consumer Case Procedure Act.
- You may also complain to the Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB), hotline 1166.
- These Terms are issued in Thai and English. In the event of conflict, the Thai version prevails.
