- โดยอัตโนมัติ ผ่านคุกกี้และเทคโนโลยีติดตามเมื่อท่านใช้งานเว็บไซต์
- จากบุคคลภายนอก เช่น แพลตฟอร์มมาร์เก็ตเพลส บริษัทขนส่ง ผู้ให้บริการรับชำระเงิน แพลตฟอร์มโฆษณา และผู้ให้บริการคลังสินค้า

5. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลให้บุคคลภายนอก
บริษัทฯ ไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน เราเปิดเผยข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นให้แก่
- Shopify Inc. — ผู้ให้บริการแพลตฟอร์มร้านค้าออนไลน์
- ผู้ให้บริการรับชำระเงิน — ผู้ให้บริการที่เชื่อมต่อกับ Shopify สำหรับบัตรเครดิต/เดบิต และพร้อมเพย์
- บริษัทขนส่ง — ไปรษณีย์ไทย (EMS) และ DHL eCommerce (ชื่อ ที่อยู่ เบอร์โทรผู้รับ)
- ผู้ให้บริการคลังสินค้าและจัดส่ง (fulfillment) — MyCloud Fulfillment
- ผู้ให้บริการการตลาดและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล — Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LINE Official Account และระบบอีเมลมาร์เก็ตติ้งของ Shopify
- ที่ปรึกษาวิชาชีพ — ผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชี ทนายความ ภายใต้ข้อตกลงรักษาความลับ

6. การส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลไปต่างประเทศ
ผู้ให้บริการบางรายของบริษัทฯ (เช่น Shopify, Google, Meta, TikTok) มีเซิร์ฟเวอร์อยู่นอกประเทศไทย บริษัทฯ จะดำเนินการให้มีมาตรการคุ้มครองที่เหมาะสมตามมาตรา 28 และ 29 ของ PDPA เช่น ข้อสัญญามาตรฐานคุ้มครองข้อมูล หรือการโอนที่จำเป็นเพื่อปฏิบัติตามสัญญากับท่าน

8. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
ภายใต้ PDPA ท่านมีสิทธิดังต่อไปนี้
- สิทธิเข้าถึงและขอรับสำเนา ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน (มาตรา 30)
- สิทธิขอให้โอนย้ายข้อมูล ไปยังผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลรายอื่น (มาตรา 31)
- สิทธิคัดค้าน การเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูล โดยเฉพาะเพื่อการตลาดแบบตรง (มาตรา 32)
- สิทธิขอให้ลบหรือทำลาย ข้อมูล (มาตรา 33)
- สิทธิขอให้ระงับการใช้ ข้อมูล (มาตรา 34)
- สิทธิขอให้แก้ไข ข้อมูลให้ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน (มาตรา 35)
- สิทธิถอนความยินยอม เมื่อใดก็ได้ โดยไม่กระทบต่อการประมวลผลที่ทำไปแล้วโดยชอบ (มาตรา 19)
- สิทธิร้องเรียน ต่อคณะกรรมการผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ผ่านสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.)
วิธีใช้สิทธิ: ส่งคำขอมาที่ team@tuktukone.com พร้อมระบุชื่อ อีเมลที่ใช้สั่งซื้อ และสิทธิที่ต้องการใช้ บริษัทฯ จะดำเนินการภายใน 30 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับคำขอ บริษัทฯ อาจขอเอกสารยืนยันตัวตนเพื่อความปลอดภัย
การยกเลิกรับข่าวสารการตลาด: คลิกลิงก์ "ยกเลิกการรับข่าวสาร" ที่ท้ายอีเมลทุกฉบับ บล็อกบัญชี LINE Official หรือแจ้งมาที่อีเมลข้างต้น

ท่านสามารถจัดการคุกกี้ได้ผ่านแบนเนอร์คุกกี้บนเว็บไซต์ หรือการตั้งค่าเบราว์เซอร์ของท่าน การปิดคุกกี้บางประเภทอาจทำให้ใช้งานเว็บไซต์ได้ไม่สมบูรณ์
10. มาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัย
บริษัทฯ ใช้มาตรการทางเทคนิคและองค์กรที่เหมาะสม เช่น การเข้ารหัสข้อมูลระหว่างการรับส่ง (SSL/TLS) การจำกัดสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงเฉพาะพนักงานที่จำเป็น และการใช้ผู้ให้บริการที่ได้มาตรฐาน PCI-DSS สำหรับการชำระเงิน
อย่างไรก็ตาม ไม่มีระบบใดปลอดภัยโดยสมบูรณ์ หากเกิดเหตุการละเมิดข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล บริษัทฯ จะแจ้งต่อ สำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.) โดยไม่ชักช้าภายใน 72 ชั่วโมงนับแต่ทราบเหตุ เว้นแต่การละเมิดนั้นไม่มีความเสี่ยงต่อสิทธิและเสรีภาพของบุคคล และหากการละเมิดนั้น มีความเสี่ยงสูง ต่อสิทธิและเสรีภาพของท่าน บริษัทฯ จะแจ้งท่านพร้อมแนวทางเยียวยาโดยไม่ชักช้า ตามมาตรา 37(4)
11. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
บริษัทฯ อาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้เป็นครั้งคราว โดยจะเผยแพร่ฉบับล่าสุดบนเว็บไซต์พร้อมวันที่อัปเดต หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงในสาระสำคัญ บริษัทฯ จะแจ้งให้ท่านทราบล่วงหน้าผ่านอีเมลหรือประกาศบนเว็บไซต์

We respect your privacy and collect, use and disclose personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA").
2. Personal data we collect

Sensitive personal data: We do not intend to collect health data or other sensitive personal data. If you voluntarily provide health information (for example, allergies, medical conditions, or reasons for choosing a product, via chat or a questionnaire), we use it solely to answer your question and protect your safety, on the basis of your explicit consent only, under section 26 of the PDPA, which you may withdraw at any time.
Minors: This Site is not directed at people under 20. If we learn we have collected a minor's data without guardian consent, we will delete it promptly.
3. Sources of data
- Directly from you when you register, order, subscribe, contact us or take part in activities
- Automatically through cookies and tracking technologies when you use the Site
- From third parties such as marketplaces, couriers, payment providers, advertising platforms and our fulfilment provider

5. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell your personal data. We disclose it only as necessary to:
- Shopify Inc. — our e-commerce platform provider
- Payment providers — the providers connected to Shopify for card and PromptPay payments
- Couriers — Thailand Post (EMS) and DHL eCommerce (recipient name, address, phone)
- Warehouse and fulfilment provider — MyCloud Fulfillment
- Marketing and analytics providers — Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LINE Official Account, and Shopify's email marketing tools
- Professional advisers — auditors and lawyers, under confidentiality obligations
- Government authorities — where legally required, including the Revenue Department, the Thai FDA, the OCPB or law enforcement
6. International transfers
Some of our providers (Shopify, Google, Meta, TikTok) host data outside Thailand. We ensure appropriate safeguards under sections 28 and 29 of the PDPA, such as standard contractual clauses or transfers necessary to perform our contract with you.
7. Retention

After these periods we delete, destroy or anonymise the data.
8. Your rights
Under the PDPA you have the right to:
- Access your personal data and obtain a copy (s.30)
- Data portability — have your data transferred to another controller (s.31)
- Object to collection, use or disclosure, particularly for direct marketing (s.32)
- Erasure of your data (s.33)
- Restriction of processing (s.34)
- Rectification of inaccurate or outdated data (s.35)
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting lawful processing already carried out (s.19)
- Lodge a complaint with the Expert Committee, via the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee
How to exercise your rights: email team@tuktukone.com with your name, the email address used for orders, and the right you wish to exercise. We respond within 30 days of receiving your request. We may request identity verification for security.
Marketing opt-out: use the unsubscribe link at the foot of any email, block our LINE Official Account, or email the address above.

You can manage cookies through the banner on our Site or your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect Site functionality.
10. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit (SSL/TLS), access restricted to staff who need it, and PCI-DSS compliant payment providers.
No system is completely secure. In the event of a personal data breach we will notify the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee without undue delay and within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, unless the breach presents no risk to individuals' rights and freedoms. Where the breach presents a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will also inform you, with remedial guidance, without undue delay, under section 37(4).
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, publishing the current version on the Site with a revised date. Where changes are material, we will notify you in advance by email or on-site notice.
